由IET主办，上海交通大学、华中科技大学、华北电力大学、NE电气联合举办的第8届英国工程技术学会可再生能源发电会议（IET RPG）于2019年10月24日与10月25日在中国上海举办，华中科技大学思构课题组在读博士生孙焜、乐零陵、闫林芳、杨赛昭、薛熙臻，在读硕士生孟沛彧和留学生Musa Khan（穆萨 汗）参加了本次会议。

在24日的开幕式上，上海交通大学副院长邰能灵教授作了欢迎演讲并对本次会议的议程作了介绍。

随后，来自中国电科院的周孝信院士和美国Oak Ridge国家实验室的Yilu Liu教授分别做了主题为“Next Generation of Power System and Energy Internet”和“Grid Edge Time Synchronous Measurement & Applications”的主旨演讲。

10月24日下午，博士研究生薛熙臻在规划、策略和市场专题会场宣读了论文“A comprehensive decision-making method for coordinated transmission and distribution network planning”，并就相关的研究工作与在场的各位学者进行交流。

10月25日上午，博士研究生杨赛昭宣读了直流输电方向的论文“Transient energy analysis and dissipation of a bipolar MTDC wind power integrating system during MMC outage”。

博士研究生闫林芳分别在10月25日上午和下午宣读了论文“Optimization of control parameters for PMSG-based wind farm and SVG considering subsynchronous interaction”和“Combination Forecasting Method of Short-term Power for Dispersed Wind Farm”。

留学生穆萨·汗在会场宣读了论文“Robust Load Frequency Control and Integration of Electric Vehicles and Renewable Energy in the Grid.”并引起了广泛的关注。

博士研究生孙焜、乐零陵、杨赛昭和硕士研究生孟沛彧在会议期间通过海报的形式展示了论文“Stability Analysis of Electrical Oscillation Existing in Grid Integration of PMSG-based Wind Farm with VSC-HVDC System”，“A Two-layer Control Method for Inverter ACs to Provide Frequency Regulation Service Based on Indoor Temperature-Varying Model”，“Analysis of Impact of Grounding-pole Current-limiting Reactor on Fault Detection of MMC based DC Grids”，“Transient Response of DC Fault and Fault Current-Limiting Control Strategy of Hybrid Three-Terminal HVDC Transmission System”和“DC Grid Based on Hybrid MMC and Fast Vacuum Switch”并与相关研究方向的学者进行交流。

通过本次会议，参会的各位同学收获颇丰，了解了自己相关研究方向的研究热点和学术前沿问题，增长了见识，开拓了视野；另一方面，也展示了课题组的最新研究成果与风采。在与参会各位专家的交流过程中，上海交通大学的冯冬涵老师、周云老师，山东大学的杨明老师对课题组研究成果表示了极大地肯定，我们也从上述老师的最新研究成果中学习了许多，大大加强了课题组之间的学术交流。
