The 5th international conference on Electric Utility Deregulation and Restructuring and Power Technologies (DRPT 2015) will be held in Changsha, China on 26-29 November, 2015.

Up to now, the DRPT has been successfully held for four times.The previous DRPTs are co-sponsored by IEEE PES, IET and CSEE. The 1st DRPT was founded in London in 2000. After that, it was held in Hongkong, Nanjing, Weihai from 2004 to 2011.

The DRPT 2015 is organized by Changsha University of Science and Technology aiming to provide a platform for scholars, experts and engineers in the electrical power field to exchange opinions about their researches, applications and implementation of electrical power technologies and power market mechanisms. The conference will focus on Power Market Security and System Stability, Market Analysis, Power Pricing and Trading, Power System Planning and Management, Smart Grid, UHV Technology, Renewable Generation and Microgrid, FACTS and Power Quality, and other related topics.

NOTICE ：

The deadline of paper submission is delayed to 15th July 2015. An abstract of 300-500 words should be submitted together with the full paper.

We invite submission of abstracts of research, policy-based and practice-based papers that focus on energy.

All the accepted and registered papers will be included in the IEEE Xplore database. As a result of this, they will automatically be indexed by EI.
