IEEE TENCON 2013 organized by IEEE R10 and Xi’an Section will be held in Xi’an, Shaanxi, China, in October 22-25, 2013. Xi’an is an ancient but vibrant city. Delegates can join the local tours to visit the famous UNESCO World Heritage Site of Terracotta Warriors and Horses and other historical sites. We invite you to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference, and for publication in the proceedings and in IEEE Xplore.Proposals for tutorials are also invited. The paper submission deadline is June 15, 2013.
